Thought i would upload some 2d work for the trainstation we went to visit in loughborough. Actually enjoyed painting old steam trains despite the detail involved, the original paint and texture of their surface produces an interesting reflective surface.

crumbs, thats a really good attempt at a really difficult subject. i'd love to have seen a set of wip imgages to see how you went about it. next time, grab a screenshot at significant stages and then afterwards you can slap them into a quick slideshow.
Sure, will do mike. sorry get carried away painting i forget to stop for a bit and show stages. will keep in mind for the next paint i do.
